I'm pleased to recommend Alex and his team of builders for their excellent work on a 5 bedroom semi-detached property in N14. The 1930's property had been vacant for 16 years and required a full refurbishment, including a rear ground floor extension, rewiring, new heating and hot water systems, lighting, insulation, and new windows. The front driveway was repaved, and the rear garden was landscaped with a new patio and fencing, as well as new rainwater guttering and downpipes. Alex's firm provided a competitive quote and began work within a week, completing the project in 4 months. Additional work was added, negotiated, and completed without any issues. The property passed all necessary certifications and doubled its rental income. Overall, we highly recommend Alex and his team for any residential projects.

“We saw Alex working with our neighbours and asked him to come over and have a look at the old outbuilding in our back garden. Whilst it was a useful building for us to chuck all our bits and pieces in, it really did need either pulling down or rebuilding/remodelling as a summer house. Alex took a look and told us he could do either.

He gave us a number of suggestions and told us what he could and couldn't do, when he could start and how long things would take. Throughout the process Alex treated us with the upmost respect and we really felt he cared about what he was doing. He never pushed us into anything but seemed to have a pretty good idea of what we wanted even before we did. 

It all felt like a smooth easy process. The guys worked hard and seemed proud of what they were doing aswell. They took account of every detail, big and small. We were very pleased with the result and quickly employed him again to run a path up to the summer house and lay some new turf to complete the garden -which he did.  

Overall, we were very happy with Alex's work, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.”
